Meditation can be a daunting thing to try and learn.

 

For many of us, we are addicted to the constant stream of stress hormones that comes from always being switched on and busy. Our bodies have simply forgotten how to rest. So when we do come into stillness and try meditation, our bodies and minds feel anxious, jittery, like it "doesn't work".

Well it does work, but we need to learn how to wean ourselves off that constant drive to always be doing something first. That is what I am an expert at.
