About Emily

A doctor who has been there, and come out the other side.

I'm Dr Emily Amos — a GP with expertise in Lifestyle Medicine, a registered yoga and meditation teacher, and someone who has navigated burnout personally and come out the other side.

I know how busy you are. I also know what happens when we keep telling ourselves we'll take better care of ourselves later. These courses exist because I believe that knowing how to take care of yourself — and actually doing it — are two very different things. Let me help you close that gap.
